Coach Susan Glenn at a glance:

• Susan has been involved in coaching in Oregon for 17 years. During this time she has coached at the high school Varsity level, competitive Club level and state level.
• She started her coaching career in 1984 in Texas where she coached for Trinity University at the Head Varsity Coach as well as serving as the Varsity High School coach at MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas.
• She earned her “A” coaching license in 1988 and became one of only 10 women in the NATION to have that level of license. She currently is the only female in Oregon to hold an “A” license. 
• Susan coached the Varsity soccer team at St. Mary’s from 1994-1999. During her tenure the team advanced to the state playoffs 4 of the 5 years. She was named Metro Coach of the Year in 1995 and 1997.
• She coached at Southridge High School for 3 years, earning another Coach of the Year award in 2002. 
• While coaching for the Lake Oswego Club she successfully led her girls teams to the league, state and regional championships in 4 straight years.  
• Susan was named Competitive Coach of the year in both 2000 and 2001.
• She was the State Coach for the U14 and U17 teams of the Oregon State Select Program from 1995-2003.
• Susan has her Ph.D in Education and Sport Psychology.

Coach Geraldine Rumph at a glance:

• Geraldine is the current Head Coach for the Sherwood High School  Junior Varsity girls team.
• She has coached the Varsity girls soccer coach at Rex Putnam and West Linn High Schools. In 1998.
• Geraldine is a past member of the Oregon select National Champions.
• She has played on the North Ireland International team, traveling and playing in Europe. 
• From 1978 to 1982, she played in Italy and had an offer to play professionally. 
• Geraldine maintains her National “D” license.

Coach Bill Brown at a glance:

• Bill is currently the Head coach of the Sherwood Force U-14 girl's team.
• He has over 26 years of coaching experience at the club level: 16 years at Southside and 10 years at Sherwood . 
• He has coached four State Cup Champions, including two regional semi-finalists and one regional quarterfinalist while at Southside.
• His last two Sherwood teams have advanced to the State Cup Quarterfinals.

In addition to his club coaching: 

• Bill has been the head girl's coach at Sherwood high school for the past 19 years. 
• While at the high school, his teams have reached the state championship game 4 times, winning the title in 2007. 
• Bill’s teams have reached at least the state quarterfinals the past 7 years.
• Bill has been voted League Coach of the Year 8 times and State Coach of the Year 3 times during his tenure at Sherwood.
• Bill is also the 3rd winningest high school coach all time in Oregon.
