• Teach and promote youth soccer at all player levels within the Sherwood community.
• Develop and prepare our players for the future, both on and off the field.
• Provide a balanced soccer experience and quality instruction.
• Create a fun and positive environment for all soccer players to participate, enjoy and achieve success.
• Ensure all club members exhibit teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Encourage the whole community to be involved with the success of our club through a variety of effective partnerships and alliances.
• Establish standards and expectations for players, coaches, and administrators.
• Ensure effective leadership and management of the club.
