The Player Assessment offers a unique objective tool to evaluate the skills and abilities of individual players. It focuses on individual skills (dribbling/ball control, passing/serving, receiving/first touch, shooting/crossing/striking, speed/first to ball, fitness, positioning/spatial, etc.). Expanded assessments will take place post-season and consider other relevant elements.

One of the values of the assessment is the opportunity to create balanced teams. Coaches will use the player assessment at the beginning of the season to identify players' appropriate soccer skill levels, such as beginner, intermediate or advanced.

The ways of the past have created unbalanced teams. Some teams have struggled with beginning players, while others benefit from high-skill level players. The assessment remains a complementary tool and coaches' participation to create teams with various skill levels and allow players to grow, have fun, and challenge each other.

ASSESSMENT CANCELED due to Excessive Heat Warning

Dangerously hot conditions with temperature of 98 to 103 are expected from noon Monday to 9 PM Thursday. Extreme heat will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses. We care for our children. We have CANCELED the scheduled player assessment for grades 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th

The club has been working on a comprehensive player assessment program to create balance teams. The assessments will be both formal and informal once fully implemented.

An informal assessment will take place for the Fall 2022 soccer season. Here is the process:
